I have followed the instructions on the FAQ page about manually installing the app wizard. After doing the instructions, and double and triple checking, the App wizard for Prof-UIS is not available in the new project wizards. Is there something else that needs to be done for visual studio 2008?

That’s exactly what I needed. It works now. Thanks.

I don’t have the integration wizard. I did it manually using the download on the FAQ pages for installing the application wizard. This procedure on the FAQ doesn’t work for VS 2008.

There can be only two things:
1) You didn’t found the Prof-UIS Integration Wizard in the tree like groups of installed wizards in the New Project dialog of your Visual Studio.
2) You didn’t unpack the Prof-UIS Integration Wizard correctly.
There are no special steps required for Visual Studio 2008.
