Hi,
After closing a floating ControlBar, all tootips are gone until I reopen this toolbar.
Steps to reproduce:
* Start FunnyBars example (Commercial 2.81, Debug MBCS, VS2005, Vista Basic Theme)
* All Toolbar icons have tooltips
* rip off a toolbar of your choice
* close it via the small ’x’
* tooltips are gone
