After logging in, go to "My profile" (right next to "Logout" at right side of page), from there go into "View My Order History" and check the status of your order. If it’s "pending" or similar, you have to wait some more. If it’s "completed", then links should work fine on download page. Actually you get an e-mail right after your order is completed.

oops, i think i misunderstanded that the Prof-UIS v.2.62 (23.44Mb) Installer can be downloaded for free..T_T
