Hi,
I want to show tooltips on disabled toolbar button.If you are able to do then please send your updated files to me.or atleast send hint to do.

We recommend you switch to v.2.80 so that you have to do nothing to show tooltips over disabled buttons. Starting from v.2.80 such tooltips are shown by default.
