Hi,
I have one treeview controlBar in Mainframe derived from CExtControlBar.If i right click on or beside caption area it hangs my application.
then I have to restart my application.
How to avoid this problem?

There is not enough information in your message to come to any conclusion about the problem. Please run your application under the debugger and break it when it hangs up. Then please show us the content of the Call Stack window at this moment for the main UI thread.
