Frolov ended his professional career in 2017. During his career, he left a significant mark on both Russian and world hockey. During his eight seasons with the Los Angeles Kings, Frolov established himself as a reliable and productive player. He scored 381 points (175 goals and 206 assists) in 579 regular season games.
