To reproduce this bug I use MDI_DynamicBars-sud.exe sample from Prof-UIS 2.89 suit.
All steps illustrated by correspondent figure.
Follow the next step.
1. Docking Dynamic Bar 1 to Dynamic Bar 0 – fig.1
2. Hide Dynamic Bar 0 by clicking on close button.
The resulting bar has not button for switching bar state – fig. 2
and has strange popup menu – fig.3
