Skinning support is based on an XML file that describes the hierarchy of GUI elements and how they are painted
in the application. The PNG (Portable Network Graphics) format used for all images makes it possible to support
alpha blending for all Windows OSes starting from Windows 95 / NT 4.0.
The skinning module also supports custom window borders and captions.
